Caramel Advisors was created to help accounting firms and businesses simplify operations, strengthen financial processes, and scale with confidence.

While Caramel Advisors was formally established as a U.S. entity in 2021, our roots go back much further. For over 15 years, our India-based firm and leadership team have worked closely with U.S.-based CPA firms and businesses across accounting, tax, audit, CAS, and financial operations. Our partners collectively bring 100+ years of combined experience, including leadership that has been based in the United States for over 30 years, with hands-on experience across senior roles such as CFO, VP – Finance, and Head of Global Operations at U.S. companies. This blend of onshore leadership and offshore delivery gives us a practical, real-world understanding of U.S. business expectations.
